All of our products are made in the USA, the products we offer to you the customer, meet or exceed American Commercial Grade Furniture Standards. The Workmanship and the Quality Control applied throughout our Manufacturing process assures the product you are purchasing from us is of the highest quality available in the market. Our Quality Control Department is required to perform a two-stage inspection of all our products sold. The first is after all manufacturing is completed and before the protection wrapping is applied to the product. The second is prior to boxing the merchandise in the shipping department. By adhering to our inspection process we will assure that all our manufacturing warranties will be honored and any quality issues with our product will be resolved by our staff to your complete satisfaction.

Our Policies require that all new orders are to be prepaid before the order is entered into the system. Payment for orders may be divided, 70% at the time of placing the order and balance paid prior to shipment. All orders must be paid in full by the time of actual shipment.
Money Orders and Cashier’s Check are accepted.
Payments by credit cards are available online by PayPal, please click on the link. Note additional charge may apply for CC transactions.
Payments by checks are also accepted and orders confirmation will be entered the date after bank clears the check.

Cancellations are only accepted 48 hours after the order is placed. Once an order has entered into our system for the production it cannot be canceled without a restocking fee of 30% of the total order.

All shipments are FOB our manufacturing factory.

Shipment notification is sent to every customer 24 hours before the shipment is scheduled to leave our factory.

All our furniture is fully protected and boxed before shipment.

Due to unforeseen handling by the shipping company the following must be in compliance;
It is the customer’s responsibility to always inspect the condition of all the cartons prior to accepting the shipment and signing the Bill of Lading. If any damages to the exterior of the box are noticeable when the shipment arrives, a written description of the damaged box or (boxes) must be noted on the Bill of Lading by the customer. The customer should also take pictures, this will help in the claim process.

If no noted damage description is marked on the freight bill, your shipment will be considered "Received in Good Condition". Please inspect the condition of your delivery before signing your approval. Immediately after noticing any damage on the outside of the carton box, open the box and inspect the contents. If the contents are found to be damaged, notification to SUNCASUAL must be made within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If failure to notify SUNCASUAL within 48 hours of damaged goods, the shipment will be considered “Received in Good Condition” and SUNCASUAL will consider that shipment is accepted by the customer.

Please understand that the carrier only gives us three (3) days to place a claim with them for the damaged shipment. If you miss the deadline you will be responsible for the Repair/Replacement cost.

Local Delivery is available from us, and the cost is based on weight and distance.
